I’m really glad you’re here.

My name is Chan and I am a clinical nutritionist, herbal enthusiast, mindfulness meditation and yoga teacher, and lifelong food lover with a deep respect for nourishment as both science and practice. My work is rooted in the belief that food, movement, and awareness are powerful tools for healing and optimizing well-being.

Beyond my professional roles, I am a mom raising an incredibly kind human—a role that continually shapes my values, compassion, and approach to health. I also bring nearly 20 years of experience working in health policy for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where I have supported initiatives focused on public health, access, and evidence-based care.

This unique blend of clinical insight, mindfulness, and lived experience informs a thoughtful, whole-person approach to wellness—one that honors the realities of modern life while supporting sustainable, meaningful change.

  2. If you would like to move forward, you’ll need to book a “75 minute initial patient session” and I will send you links to my secure HIPPA-compliant portal to log-in.

  3. Set up at least 2 additional follow-up sessions with me at a timeframe of your choosing. Note — All patients are expected to have at least 3 sessions (including the initial 75 minute session).

  4. Depending on your location, we can meet in person if you are local or we can schedule a Zoom call.
